Maybe they should put that box INSIDE of the actual ps3 box. That way it wouldn't confuse consumers at the purchasing stage, and people would either a.)Get it because they are fans of the game or b.) Get it once they come across one of the boxes in the game(if there are any).

Just did the math in my head as the page was loading to convert it to x/10 and I got 9.25/10, or 93/100 after rounding. Shouldn't that score at the top say 93, not 92.
Aside from my nitpickery, looks to be a AAA game then. I've never played any form of a Yakuza game, so I'm not that interested(don't know anything about it, really), but anybody who follows it is sure to be pleased.
I personally don't care about this game, but it does matter.

Me and my brother played 'unofficial' tag in multiplayer. I never even played the 'real' game now that I think about it.
Still, even just free roaming with my brother and doing crazy stuff, this game left a huge positive memory right in the middle of this gamers brain.
I think I'm gonna go to gamestop(ugh) and buy this tomorrow, I'm sure they have it.

4. 'Only' one format coming out of a two-format war is something out of the ordinary, and is to be frowned upon.

Really though, a refund is not necessary. If MS releases a blu-ray add-on, maybe they can give you a small to moderate discount if you bring in your HD-DVD drive. A refund is over the top though, and it's not like the consumer didn't have a choice. If blu-ray lost, I wouldn't want my money back on my ps3, or my blu-ray player. Life is unfair, get over it.

First off let me say that graphics DO NOT make the game.
Why do people REALLY believe the 360 is more powerful? What proof is there that, at maximum capacity, the 360 wins? I'm not talking about mult-plat titles, I'm talking about all-or-nothing exclusives.
Uncharted is graphically the best game out right now(on consoles), hands down. There are amazing looking games on the 360 too, but not QUITE as good looking as some of the ps3's.

Many many people continue to state that they would rather own the disc itelf, me included. Despite the fact that we represent part of the movie watching population, we apparently don't count when other people say that DD is the future 8D
